FES-UA/PEP Family Support & Consultative Services
Supportive, non-medical consultative services for Step-Up scholarship families navigating developmental, behavioral, sensory, and learning concerns.
At All Hands In, we help families make sense of concerns, identify next steps, and feel confident advocating for their child across home, school, and community settings. These services are consultative and educational in nature and are designed to complement, not replace, medical or therapeutic care.
All services on this page are eligible for Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities (FES-UA) funding, see below for possible PEP scholarship coverage.

Step Up (FES-UA & PEP) Services Academic Testing & Learning Review

This service provides approved academic testing, along with clear guidance on your child’s learning needs and next steps.
This is an educational screening and guidance service, not a diagnostic evaluation. A formal diagnosis (such as dyslexia) requires comprehensive testing by a qualified specialist. Results can still be used to support school discussions and next steps.
