What types of services does All Hands In offer?

All Hands In offers two distinct service pathways: clinical (medical) services and educational/coaching services.

Clinical services include diagnostic evaluations, medical care, and when appropriate, medication management for eligible Florida residents.
Educational and coaching services provide guidance, developmental-behavioral expertise, and practical strategies for families and providers. These services are non-medical and do not include diagnosis or treatment.

What is the difference between clinical and educational/coaching services?

Clinical services involve medical evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment planning. This may include prescribing non-stimulant medications when appropriate.

Educational and coaching services focus on parent guidance, child support strategies, and provider education. These services are not medical care and do not include diagnosis, prescriptions, or management of medical conditions.

Do educational/coaching services replace medical care or therapy?

No. Educational and coaching services do not replace medical care or therapy services such as ABA, occupational therapy, speech therapy, or specialty care. These services are intended to support families and providers with education, planning, and practical strategies.

Are medications prescribed during educational/coaching visits?

No. Medications are not prescribed during educational or coaching services.

Do you prescribe medications?

Yes, within clinical medical services only.

Medication management may include non-stimulant options when appropriate. Stimulant medications are not prescribed through this practice at this time.

Are services available outside of Florida?

  • Are available to eligible Florida families through Step Up for Students (PEP and FES-UA funds)
  • May be available to providers nationwide through the DevBeh Provider Hub
