All Hands In
Supporting Neurodiverse Development
Guiding families through every stage of child development; from milestones to neurodevelopmental needs.
Introduction
Founded by nationally certified PA Christina Davis, specializing in developmental behavioral pediatric care.
Mission and Vision
-
Mission: To bridge gaps in developmental-behavioral care by providing education, medical assessments, and family-centered support built on connection and collaboration.
-
Vision: A future where education and medical care work hand-in-hand to close gaps in developmental support, ensuring children’s neurodivergent needs are identified early and families are guided every step of the way.
Core Values
Community-Driven
We are rooted in the needs of the communities we serve especially rural and underserved areas. We build local partnerships to increase access, reduce wait times, and support real-world impact. Our work centers the real people navigating neurodevelopment every day.
Education Centered
Knowledge is power and the first step toward better outcomes. Through accessible, evidence-informed education, we empower providers and families to take confident steps early.
Collaboration
From pediatric offices to public schools, we aim to work with systems and professionals, not around them bringing specialties to the table and aligning efforts for earlier intervention. We foster connection between families, educators, and medical teams to create consistent, whole-child support.
Integrity
Our approach reflects our commitment to evidence-based medicine, transparency, and respect for family values and lived experiences.
Accessibility
Every child deserves early, quality support regardless of zip code, background, or insurance status. We aim to close gaps in access and understanding.
Hi, I’m Christina Davis, PA-C
I’m a physician assistant with a big heart for little ones and a deep passion for supporting neurodivergent children and their families. With a strong foundation in primary care and pediatrics, I’ve spent the past few years caring for patients across underserved, rural, and school-based settings managing everything from well checks and asthma to complex behavioral and developmental needs.
One of my most impactful roles as a PA-C has been practicing developmental-behavioral pediatrics (DBP) in the primary care setting, where I’ve had the privilege of serving kids and families right where they are, sometimes literally in schools. I’ve worked side-by-side with teachers and counselors, helped shape IEP plans, and expanded access through telehealth for families in rural communities.
I’ve also completed advanced training in autism diagnostics (ADOS-2), pediatric mental health, and neurodevelopmental care through a national DBP scholars program. I believe in evidence-based care with a human touch, honest conversations, and true collaboration. Whether that’s with pediatricians, educators, or parents.
My mission? To empower early identification, compassionate care, and confident advocacy for the kids who need it most.
