FES-UA/PEP Family Support & Consultative Services
Supportive, non-medical consultative services for Step-Up scholarship families navigating developmental, behavioral, sensory, and learning concerns.
At All Hands In, we help families make sense of concerns, identify next steps, and feel confident advocating for their child across home, school, and community settings. These services are consultative and educational in nature and are designed to complement, not replace, medical or therapeutic care.
All services on this page are eligible for Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities (FES-UA) funding, see below for possible PEP scholarship coverage.
Developmental Behavioral Care through a Functional Lens
At All Hands In: Supporting Neurodiverse Development, we empower families to better understand their child’s learning, sensory, and behavioral needs.
Our educational consults are designed to help children thrive across home, school, and community settings through a functional, whole-child approach. All services are available virtually.
We are a direct pay provider for the Step Up for Students.
STEP-UP Intake $125 | 60 minutes
This 60 minute intake visit is the starting point for FES-UA and/or PEP if applicable consultative services.
Includes:

Review of your child’s developmental, behavioral, sensory, or learning concerns
-
Functional discussion of attention, regulation, behavior, and daily challenges
-
Guidance on school supports, therapies, and next steps
-
Recommendations for resources, strategies, and referrals when appropriate
-
A clear plan for follow-up support if needed
This visit does not include medical diagnosis, prescribing, or ordering of labs.
Ongoing Coaching & Support Sessions $75 | 45 minutes
Session structure:

45 minutes face-to-face with parent and or child

Complete a parent debrief at the end and/or receive a written summary of session and next steps after the session

- Social Skills Building- boundaries, friendships, bullying
- Internet Safety

Care navigation between therapies and services
- Picky eating strategies
Important note:
These services are consultative and educational. They do not include medical diagnosis, prescribing, or treatment and do not replace services such as ABA, occupational therapy, speech therapy, psychology, or medical care. When appropriate, families may be guided toward medical or therapeutic referrals.
Step Up (FES-UA & PEP) Services Academic Testing & Learning Review
We offer Step Up-approved services to support families using PEP (Personalized Education Program) and FES-UA (Unique Abilities) scholarships.
This service provides approved academic testing, along with clear guidance on your child’s learning needs and next steps.
This is an educational screening and guidance service, not a diagnostic evaluation. A formal diagnosis (such as dyslexia) requires comprehensive testing by a qualified specialist. Results can still be used to support school discussions and next steps.
We are a direct pay provider for the Step Up for Students.
PEP Annual Testing Only – $50
Includes:

Monthly Educational Workshops
Our virtual workshops are designed to give families practical strategies they can immediately use at home while connecting with other parents raising neurodiverse children.
These workshops can be booked a paid through Self Pay or Step Up Funds.
Learning Through Motion: $15/workshop
Led by Christina Davis, MSPAS, PA-C and Liz Hunt, Exercise Physiologist
Offered monthly, this interactive workshop combines movement, neurodevelopment, and family participation to help children build lifelong skills through play and purposeful movement.
Rotating topics may include:
- Move, Play & Connect
- Sensory Explorers
- Emotional Regulation in Motion
- Fuel, Fitness & Function
Learning Through Action: $10/workshop
Led by Christina Davis, MSPAS, PA-C
Offered monthly, these hands-on educational workshops build on the concepts introduced in Learning in Motion by helping families apply them through engaging lessons, activities, and discussions.
Rotating topics may include:
- Family Connection Through Play
- Sensory Detectives
- Emotion Detectives
- Kids in the Kitchen
Pop-Up Educational Workshops
Additional virtual workshops are offered throughout the year based on family needs and community partnerships.
Topics may include:
- Understanding ADHD
- Understanding Autism
- IEP and 504 planning
- Assistive technology and AAC
- Transition to adulthood
- Functional wellness
- Guest speakers and community resources
HOW TO BOOK
All Step Up for Students (FES-UA & PEP) educational services are requested through the Education Market Assistant (EMA) platform.
Step 1: Log into your EMA account
Access your EMA portal associated with your Step Up scholarship and select Choice Navigator services.
Step 2: Search for our business
Search for All Hands In Supporting Neurodiverse Development and select our business listing.
Step 3: Reserve Scholarship Funds
Choose the service you would like to receive and reserve the corresponding scholarship funds through EMA.
Examples include:
- Initial Intake Consultation, $125
- Follow-Up Coaching Session, $75
- Math or Reading Assessment, $50
- Additional Academic Assessment Add-On, $25
Monthly Workshops
- Learning in Motion Workshop, $15
- Learning in Action Workshop, $10
- Pop-Up Educational Workshops- Pricing varies and will be announced with each event.
Step 4: Submit Your Request
Once your EMA request has been submitted, our team will review and approve your reservation. After approval, you will receive scheduling instructions and any additional information needed before the appointment or workshop.
Step 5: Attend the Service
Depending on the service selected, you will receive:
- A virtual educational consultation
- Assessment instructions and results
- Workshop access information
- Educational resources and follow-up recommendations
Workshop Registration Disclaimers:
Monthly workshops require scholarship funds to be reserved at least one week before the scheduled workshop to allow time for EMA approval. For example, if a workshop is held on the second Tuesday of the month, scholarship funds should be reserved no later than the first Tuesday.
Self-pay families may schedule directly through our online booking page for clinical services or group workshops only.
